1-Year Limited Warranty
All products sold by Sports Tech Labs are covered by a 1-year limited warranty, effective from the date of original purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing workmanship under normal use conditions. If a product fails due to a flaw in how it was built or the materials used to build it, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. Covered issues include:
- Structural failure under normal, intended use
- Defective stitching, welding, or bonding
- Premature material degradation not caused by external factors
- Non-functional electronic components (where applicable)
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Misuse, abuse, or use contrary to product instructions
- Unauthorized modification, alteration, or repair
- Exposure to extreme conditions outside the product’s stated operating parameters
- Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or fading that does not affect function
How to File a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, email our support team at support@sportstechlabs.store with the following information:
- Your order number
- The product name and a description of the defect
- Photos showing the issue
Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days and respond with next steps. If the claim is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label if the item needs to be sent back for inspection. Replacements are shipped at no additional charge once the claim is confirmed.
