How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping delivers in 5–8 business days after processing. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All orders over $75 ship free via standard ground within the United States. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $7.99.
What is your return policy?
Unused and unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original packaging. Contact support@sportstechlabs.store to start a return.
How will the charge appear on my statement?
Charges will appear as “ARW VENTURES” or “TECH LABS” on your credit card statement.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through our PCI-compliant payment processor. We never store credit card numbers on our servers. Your connection to our checkout is encrypted with SSL.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship to addresses within the United States only. We’re working to expand international shipping in the future.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us at support@sportstechlabs.store and we’ll do our best to accommodate changes. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified — but you can return it under our 30-day policy.
