These Terms of Service govern your use of sportstechlabs.store, operated by ARW Ventures Corp (“Sports Tech Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Wyoming corporation. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Products and Pricing
All products are sold subject to availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse service to anyone.
2. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. All orders are subject to acceptance by ARW Ventures Corp.
3. Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
4. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact support@sportstechlabs.store. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Limitation of Liability
ARW Ventures Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
